Areas We Serve
Based in Longview, Anchorline Construction Group provides full-service construction and remodeling throughout Longview, Tyler, Texarkana, Marshall, and Gladewater, TX and the surrounding East Texas region. We know these communities because we work in them every week, and each one has its own soil, storm, and permitting quirks that shape how we approach a job.
Longview
primaryGregg / Harrison County
Longview is Anchorline's home market and the company's home base. It's East Texas's regional hub, built on a mix of established in-town neighborhoods (Judson, Pinecrest, Green Acres) and newer construction pushing north and south along the Loop 281 corridor, all sitting on expansive clay soil that keeps local foundation and drainage work in steady demand.
Tyler
primarySmith County
Tyler is the largest market Anchorline serves, home to the historic Azalea District and Old Fort Grounds, along with newer growth in South Tyler and the Cascades area. The city sits on sandier, better-draining soil than Longview, so foundation and drainage issues here tend to show up differently, along with strong year-round demand for kitchen, bath, and outdoor-living remodel work.
Texarkana
secondaryBowie County
Texarkana sits on the Texas-Arkansas state line, giving it a twin-city character with its own permitting office and building-material considerations distinct from Longview and Tyler. Anchorline serves the Texas side, from the Beverly Hills and Nash areas to the Richmond Road corridor, with particular attention to the cross-border confusion that trips up homeowners comparing notes with neighbors on the Arkansas side.
Marshall
secondaryHarrison County
Marshall is the historic Harrison County seat, about 35 miles east of Longview along I-20, known for its well-preserved Historic District and its long association with Marshall Pottery. Much of the housing stock here is older than in Longview or Tyler, which regularly brings foundation, roofing, and drywall work tied to both the age of the homes and the region's clay soil.
Gladewater
tertiaryGregg / Upshur County
Gladewater is a small, close-knit East Texas town about 17 miles west of Longview, known regionally for its Antique District downtown and Lake Gladewater. With an older, small-lot housing stock concentrated close to downtown, exterior maintenance work (fence staining, gutters, roof repair) and interior updates on older homes make up the steady core of demand here.
